Vanilla Cacao Thickie

Creamy and substantial, this will keep you strong long after it’s passed your lips. For a delicious treat, swap the turmeric and nectarine for some sour cherries. Yum.

Makes two

Ingredients
1/2 mango
2 bananas
1 small nectarine
1 table spoon of vanilla bean dairy-free yoghurt
1 heaped teaspoon cacao
4 brazil nuts
1 small knob fish turmeric root
100ml ice
