How to do Downward Facing Dog

Part one of a tutorial for Downdog, or Adho Mukha Svanasana. This challenging pose is in pretty much every yoga class you’ll ever do and takes time to master so this video will give you the basics and help you feeler stronger and more stable in the pose. Great for beginner’s or if you’ve been practicing for a few years and want to get clear on this old favorite. If you want to refine your Downdog and move it up a level then check out part two.
