I love to get into the details of the pose and teach alignment so you can go deeper into the experience of your asana. These tutorials are designed to do just that. To give you a concentrated blast of information through a couple of key actions that will open up the pose and offer new ways to move in. But really, the best way to explore the pose is through your own practice and your own body so listen carefully to how it feels and how the cues land. Get on your mat, play, explore and if something doesn’t feel good then don’t do it. All of this is for suggestion and inquiry.
