Yoga retreats need a good breakfast. At The Mat Movement, we serve gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, colourful and abundant, home-made, hot and cold breakfasts. All served with love, joy and care for each and every one of our guests. Freshly squeezed juices like orange and rose or pineapple and allspice, smoothies, iced teas, Pete’s famous spiced granola, Bircher Muesli, smokey paprika shakshuka, bubble and squeak. And we’re not shy of offering fried rice and curries for breakfast.
