All level yoga classes

All level yoga classes

30 minute gentle yoga class to ground and find stillness

Super gentle, spacious, earthy practice to set you up for the day or bring you back down to the ground. A supportive, curious journey into stillness and restfulness. Lots of breath and some simple, sweet movement with long, surrendered, centering pauses. ***The sound distorts a couple of times and I go full robot but I still wanted to share the practice as it’s real loving treat***. Enjoy lovely ones and for a deep journey into rest, join us on one of our soulful retreats.

75 minute all level yoga class to embrace the experience.

A long, generous, intuitive flow where I share my self-practice. Opening with a sweet meditation to honor our emotions and steady you through unrest and uncertainty. Moving freely to a beautiful playlist, opening the body with kindness and intelligence, listening carefully as we travel through floor play and standing poses, ending with backbends, twists and savasana. Props: Blanket for your knees and two blocks if you have tight hamstrings. You can find and cue the playlist here https://open.spotify.com/user/1149462… and please leave any comments or suggestions, try an advanced class or subscribe to the YouTube channel. Much love x

60 minute all level yoga class. Relieve stress and find more ease.

When we try to force something we often meet resistance. This class invites us to move more effortlessly through the practice by giving ourselves the freedom and space to tune in and allow energy to dance and ripple through us. By drawing our attention to our kidneys and our breath we calm the nervous system and lengthen the low back to prepare for a sweet, expansive Wild Thing (Camatkarasana). This is a very spacious, open level practice for anyone who wants to release stress, move more freely and get more sensitive to how they interact with themselves and the world. Props: a blanket for your knees and a strap if you have trouble bending the knee past 90 degrees. Enjoy beautiful creatures. It’s a pretty trippy, expansive class that might have you feeling floaty afterwards so take your time and eat some chocolate 😀 please take a moment to like, comment and subscribe to the Youtube channel. Much love to you x

35 minute all level yoga class to expand your backbends.

A short, sweet, deep and juicy yoga practice. An entrainment, working into the deepest part of your core to open up the thoracic for more effective and expansive backbends and to take you into the deeper layers of your being. We attune to stillness at the start to initiate this process of refinement and at the end to take you into the ‘state of yoga’ through a closing meditation. The waters of Ubud are flowing in the background for you to tune into or slip beneath. Props: two blocks if you have tight hamstrings and a blanket for sitting or to pad your knees. All filmed at the beautiful space of The Shala Bali http://theshalabali.com. Enjoy you magnificent beings and take a ride down to your bliss body. You can find the playlist here https://open.spotify.com/user/1149462… and please take a moment to like, comment, share, try an advanced class or subscribe to the YouTube page. Much love to you x

60 minute all level yoga class to get strong and grounded.

A yoga class focused on purpose and the Hero’s Choice. Rooting down into our ground to get stable, steady and clear, creating space through the centre. Find more power through your legs and a listen to what your body needs as you let the breath lead. All ending with sweet, accessible backbends. Props: 2 blocks if you have tight hamstrings, a strap for Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) and a blanket for your knees. Thank you for playing and we hope you enjoy your practice. Please take a moment to like, share, comment, try an advanced class or subscribe to our YouTube channel for more video magic. You can also practice to the playlist here ❤
