‘The absorption and organisation of sunlight, the essence of life, is derived almost exclusively through plants.’
Dr Maximillian Bircher-Benner
A Swiss physician laid the healthy foundation of a totally scrumptious, oaty wonder in 1900 for his patients, and we stole it for our guests. Oats soaked overnight with seeds, fruits and nuts and then served with lemony apple. Get in. Try it out. It’s so fresh, easy, tasty and full of goodness. You’ll add this simple recipe to your breakfast repertoire after the first try.
