For the times when I judged, let me look in the mirror.
For the times when I have felt judged, release my impulse to be a victim.
For the times when I have made a critical error, let me correct my course.
For the times when I have efforted to no avail, let me keep trying.
In response to shame, let me unhinge the habit by not shaming in return. In response to guilt, let me acknowledge the poor choice and make it right.
In response to fragmentation, help me put more effective ones in place and blame no one for coming through the holes in my fences.

May you happen upon yourself
And be stunned at your own brilliance.
May you stand still in silent recognition of your light.
May you realize your true worth and trust in your unfolding,
May you rise up from the depths of your vast, unchartered heart.
May your heart be torn in two to break through the final holding,
While tears of joy pool in rivers along the banks of your soft neck.
May vulnerability guide you deeper into knowledge of your courage
And may courage be your chalice and your chosen cup of truth.
May your truth pour freely from you as you share your healing stories,
May your stories be received with all the love that they bestow.
May you see yourself more clearly and may you see that you are seen now
May the in-between spaces be the places you call home.

Humble us by removing our disclaimers, our qualifiers and our blame of others for putting us in this place.
Find us sitting on the mountain waiting for the visions to come from you, disrobed of our arrogance, stripped of our expectations, devoid of impatience.
Surround us with your magical animals, vegetables and minerals, which support our earth-walk toward full flexibility.
Show us that it isn’t others who hold us back, only ourselves and our very good reasons.
Show us another way.
Hold us tenderly when we suffer and amplify our radiance when we shine.
Heal us with right medicine, which opens us all the way up, in full support of our sensitive natures.
Teach us to nurture ourselves deeply and leave tracks for others on path to find us and their freedom, too.
