Bali Yoga Immersion. March 26-April 7th 2019
12 DAY YOGA IMMERSION IN BALI
12 days of asana, mantra, pranayama and contemplation. Of philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, breathwork and self-care. Cocooned amongst the rice paddies in the spiritual heart of Bali, this is 100hrs of yogic bliss. Led by Collette Davis and Margherita dal Pra; supported and complimented by Hareesh Wallis and Rachel Ellery. This is an extended yoga retreat, a deep dive and yogic steep into tradition, practice and philosophy.
A yoga immersion with no pressure to teach. One that’s rich in knowledge and packed with practices to strengthen your energy body. A way to go deeper and go back into the world feeling resourced and awake.
The Shala is luxurious and secluded is in the middle of the rice fields, surrounded by nature, with an on-site organic café, pool and spa where you can be treated, massaged and nurtured.
YOUR DAILY YOGA IMMERSION PRACTICE
Begin each day with sadhana, asana and brunch. Rest before we break the class down, share our experiences and dive into study modules and asana labs. Most evenings you will be held in the sweet embrace of yin and restorative.
There will be two days without any study and on three of the evenings you can join us at the spa baths, dance, for a sound healing and a closing dinner at one of the beautiful vegan restaurants in Ubud. On the last day, there is an optional trip to the water temple for a parting blessing.
