Cherry smoothie.

Cherry Cacao Snoozie Poozie

Cherries are special fruits. They are proven in medical study to reduce the symptoms of arthritis and gout. The US National Library of Medicine conducted a survey and in just two days of eating cherries there was a huge difference in the occurrence of gout attacks amongst participants. Read the science.

Not only that, they’re full of fibre and melatonin. This means you can poop good and then get a proper nights sleep. Prrrrp. zzzzzzz. That’s better.

For the arthritic, hard-pood insomniacs among us, cherries have a lot to offer. We found out for a friend. Bring the peace.

Makes 2

Ingredients
2 bananas
1 pear
10 cherries with the stones removed
1 table spoon vanilla dairy free coconut yoghurt
1 heaped teaspoon cacao
100ml coconut milk

Blitz and enjoy

We serve a different smoothie every day on retreat.
