With so much radiant colour and abundant fruit hanging form every tree, it’s hard to know what to leave off your smoothie bowl in Bali. Rambutans, snake skin salaks, Bali bitter oranges, white mangos, mangosteens. Wow. Taste the rainbow.
We’ve added purple dragon fruit, chia, scraped coconut, granola, jackfruit and sago – which comes from inside palm trees. Every morning we wake with gratitude for the plentitude. Thank you Indonesia.
