One whole summer’s day, to unplug, reconnect and be whisked away on a soulful journey of immersive yoga, inspiring food, healing practices and deep rest.
Back from Bali, we’re bringing some retreat hosting magic to Yoga Hero. You’ll be greeted with big smiles, smoothie bowls and a cleansing morning elixir before heading into sweet stillness with pranayama and meditation.
There’ll be a short break before diving into a 90 minute dynamic yoga practice, which will be fluid, soulful and sequenced towards a peak pose.
After some inspiring veggie/vegan nourishment, the afternoons will be indulged with Embodied Flow Yin and Nidra, weaving together the principles of Anusara yoga, somatic psychology, Tantric philosophy, body-mind centering and intuitive movement. It will be a pulse of stillness and gentle movement with a progressive yield towards surrender.
All sublimely rounded off with a dreamy Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep), snuggled up with blankets and bolsters before a yogi afternoon tea of herbal infusions and raw cakes.

SATURDAY AUGUST 11th
There is a knowing inside of you that, when you listen to that voice, life flows more freely.
This deeply immersive experience will use guided meditation, pranayama, music, visualization, free movement, asana and Embodied Flow yin to tap into the rich well of your intuition.
This workshop has been designed to guide you into a more intimate relationship with your body, your wisdom and your awareness so you can come to a place of trust, truth and ease. Allowing life to move through you and guide your next steps.
This workshop is for anyone interested in forging a deeper relationship with their body-mind, their awareness and their intuition. Also anyone who is interested in movement practices and explorations of asana.
SATURDAY AUGUST 18th
Saddhana is a yogic term meaning ‘a way of accomplishing something’. It refers to any spiritual exercise that will help you progress towards a goal you have set yourself. Join me in this supported, educational and nourishing workshop that will facilitate a deepening of your spiritual practice through the development of a saddhana.
There are parts of ourselves that lie dormant. Deep wells of potential that we are yet to recognize or tap into. Parts of us that long to wake up and be experienced.
This workshop is an extended saddhana where we explore all the elements, tools and resources that support you in the movement towards self-realisation.
From setting a safe space, pranayama, meditation, mantra and journaling to simple rules of sequencing, the role of music and the play of intuitive movement in a home asana practice. We’ll close with some sweet restorative and you’ll walk away with a stack of resources to support you in your ongoing explorations.
This workshop is for anyone who is interested in deepening their spiritual practice and their understanding of yoga. Yogis who want to develop a home practice and curious seekers who simply feel the call.
You will take away with you a stack of physical, energetic, emotional and mental resources, knowledge and wisdom to experiement with in your own time.
Please bring: a notebook and pen, and a mala if you have one.
